Dear Parents/Guardians,

Every year we ask families to fill out one short form that makes a real difference for our school. It's called the Income Eligibility Form, and it's attached to this letter. Please take a few minutes to complete it and send it back with your child to their teacher by Friday, September 11th, 2026. 

Here's the honest answer to why this matters: when families fill out this form, it helps us qualify for additional funding based on the needs of our school community. That funding comes straight back to your students. It has the potential to help pay for things like:

• Classroom materials and updated technology

• Tutoring and academic support programs

• Reading and math intervention services

• After-school programs and clubs

• Social-emotional learning and counseling support

• Teacher training and classroom resources

• Schoolwide activities that benefit every student

Your information stays private. The form is confidential, and it's used only to help our school secure resources- never to single out any family.

A few quick notes to make filling it out easier:

• When you count "family size," include everyone living in your home, adults included.

• If you have more than one child here, just send one form back with your oldest.

• Please return the form even if you don't think your family qualifies. Every form we get back helps, and the more we collect, the more we can do for every student at our school.
